Middle Park Tuesday Drama Stars

Waitlist – You can register for a free trial class and when we have enough to start this session, we will let you know 

TUESDAY  5:15- 7 pm

We will focus on our 4 aims again, starting with communication and collaboration skills as we look at scripts/stories where we can learn to perfect a role and see the benefits of each person having an equal part to play.

We will introduce a variety of scripts and topics, and then hear the group’s ideas on what they are passionate about creating.

Our Drama stars are at an exciting stage where they can comprehend a lot of the basic theatre and acting games and techniques, so in these classes, we have the chance to perfect them, with more hands-on directing, they are guided through their creative ideas, learning how to structure devised work, approach scripts/texts in different ways, and explore a variety of performance styles whilst creating exciting characters.

Single Class: $39

 

This includes:

• 1.5 Hour Drama class
• All Term Sessions, including the final extended session at the end of the term for performance viewing
• For the final session, parents/carers (our audience) will be invited back, please allow 30 mins for the showing of work.
• And LOTS of creative fun!
