Elwood Saturday Drama Stars

SATURDAY 12 – 1:30 pm 

In this class, we hone our improvisation and devising skills. The group are given the chance to express their ideas on what story they would like to create.

Using different techniques and narrative styles, they explore a contemporary theatre approach to drama, exploring different genres and styles and utilizing a variety of performance techniques, from duologues to monologues, and scene work to develop their confidence in performance.

We delve further into script work and take direction on exploring the different ways one piece can be performed, changing the character and adding our creative direction to a set text.

Class Location: Elwood, Elsternwick Park Tennis Centre, 464 St kilda St.
